From a very young age, she has described a lifelong connection with the metaphysical and multidimensional worlds, including experiences with angelic beings that she perceives as bodies of light. She recalls astral projection experiences in which she found herself in school-like settings learning to perceive, manipulate, and understand energy. Over time, she developed abilities she describes as clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance, clairaudience, and precognition, along with lucid dreaming and out-of-body experiences. She also reports perceiving auras, elementals, faeries, and communicating with plants, animals, and what she calls the mineral kingdom.

In recent years, her primary focus has turned toward extraterrestrial and multidimensional contact. She reports encounters with a wide variety of beings, including Greys, Pleiadians, Arcturians, Andromedans, Lyrans, Reptilians, Mantis beings, hybrids, light beings, and other unusual entities. Through these experiences, she has come to believe there is a strong connection between developing psychic awareness and increased contact with non-human intelligences. She advocates bringing science and metaphysical exploration together to better investigate consciousness, energy, parallel dimensions, past lives, life after death, and the possibility of extraterrestrial contact. Her personal journey is ultimately centered on expanding awareness, exploring the unknown, and encouraging others to question the boundaries of what we understand about reality.
