Carolina Romero is a former NCAA College golfer (Univ. of South Florida). She is now a Fitness Trainer (Fit Golfer Girl) and is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM as well as being TPI Certified. Carolina joins and helps you to a powerful, pain-free golf swing. She highlights the glutes as the most powerful muscle in the swing and shares exercises to help you activate and strengthen them. She also talks about back and spinal health and how to pivot powerfully.
