I had a short series called "Girlfriends Guide to Grief" on this podcast as I walked through the early stages of losing my husband.

As I was praying this morning about the podcast and what I should do next, I was reminded and wanted to let you know where things are now. In this episode, I talk a little bit about where I am now and some of my favorite things that help me not only get through each day. I've made changes in my personal eating, fitness, and health that has helped me to get where I am now.

These changes have been huge for me now that I'm 51 and just dealing with the things that most women deal with as we age. I have found that it doesn't have to all be bad, we just have to do things differently.
