IT Project Management is one of the courses offered by the Faculty of Science and Technology at Open University Malaysia (OUM). This course is offered to all students pursuing the Bachelor of Information Technology programme and the Bachelor of Multimedia and Communication programme. It aims to expose students to knowledge on how to manage and plan for IT projects. Project management consists of important elements such as organising, directing and planning. The course will explore the types of models that students can use in organising IT projects. The models can also be used not only for IT projects, but in various other situations or organisations.
