Quality Control is one of the courses offered by Faculty of Science and Technology at Open University Malaysia (OUM). This course is offered to all students taking the Bachelor of Technology Management programme. This module touches on the concepts of quality control and their related aspects such as history of quality control, basic statistics and probability, SPC tools, control charts, process capability, FMEA, DOE, sampling and reliability. This module should be able to form a strong foundation for the quality control practice of an organisation.
