Gary Jenkins interviews Lieutenant (Ret) Michale Callahan, who tells how the Illinois State Police assigned him to review a murder investigation. His command staff learned that the television show Dateline was doing a show that will allege the State's Attorney and the Illinois State Police wrongfully convicted two defendants. Lt.
