Music for the Soul was birthed out of Steve Silar’s experience creating songs for a stage play for survivors of incest. We discuss how music - and specifically songs - can help survivors on their healing journey. We also hear about Steve's amazing plan to turn the stage play into a film entitled Innocent Child and you can even play a big role in making his dream come true! Steve Siler is founder and director of Music for the Soul, a faith based organization that creatively uses the power of songs and stories as a bridge to hope and healing for those facing life's most difficult issues. An accomplished award-winning songwriter and music producer, Siler has had over 500 of his songs recorded in the Christian, pop, & country markets.
