Today, I am excited to introduce to you an author I’ve just recently met, but who has written at least five books so far.

I’m especially thankful to former guest Honoree Corder who put him on my radar. Thank you, Honoree!

His name is Charlie Hoehn and he describes himself (among other things) as a former, anxiety-ridden workaholic. Case in point: he’s a guy who once worked 90+ hours on just six hours of sleep. Yikes!

Charlie and I spend most of our time today chatting about his book Play It Away: A Workaholic’s Cure for Anxiety.

We also get into his work helping Tim Ferriss launch his follow-up to The Four-Hour Work Week, and how he was able to gain the attention of some of his biggest heroes.

I hope you’ll click the play button below to learn more about Charlie and his work. For a summary, just keep scrolling.
