Today I’m talking about perfectionism. How I discovered I had a bad habit of perfectionism when I was younger and despite trying to address it, it remained a longstanding and often unconscious habit.

And yet around 2019, my inner self started helping me understand perfectionism through my love of nature – in particular my love of trees and forests. And how slowly but surely I started understanding where my perfectionism truly came from, how to let go of it, and how to start loving and accepting myself as “perfectly imperfect” and OK just as I am.
