Today I'm talking about the things that we think we just can't do - that are BS. I share stories of things I thought "I just couldn't do" - that I later came to see that I actually could do, and I could do well. I discuss how I've learned that many of us think there are things that we just can't do - and often we're not even consciously aware that we're thinking that.

As part of this episode I talk about why I believe this happens, how to become aware of it, and what to do about it. And I share how we can start realizing - and start doing - things that we previously thought we simply couldn't do.
