Lau talks about her midwestern upbringing, her time at a snarky Men’s mag in NYC, how she came to know about Hello Adorn, and how a few shifts at the retail store turned into taking on the big chair. Plus, a debate about whether the cashew is or is not king of the nuts. And of course, a round of Name That Piece where Lau has to name the product based on a customer’s (usually vague) description. It’s illuminating and plenty of fun.
