When our energy is feeling off, sometimes it’s because we’ve fallen out of balance in an area of our life and aren’t even aware. Today’s guest calls women to release the idea of being perfectly balanced and replace it with a concept she calls “balancing out.”

She says: “I don’t believe in balance because it is impossible to be perfectly balanced at all times. Feeling unbalanced isn’t a problem, it’s when you are unbalanced and unaware…that’s detrimental to your life, that’s when the chaos sets in.”
