In this episode, I coached Elesha through some fears and resistance she was experiencing about putting herself out there in the world as an Ayurveda practitioner. She found her love for Ayurveda when she was healing from mental illness and now that she is on the other side of this, she wants to share her gifts and medicine with the world.
After some exploration of the root of her anxiety and some other ailments she has struggled with in the past such as depression and cancer, we found that there was a generational pattern attached to an identity that ran through her mother’s lineage.
