In this episode, I spoke with Jennifer because she was struggling with the integration process of some plant medicine ceremonies she participated in. Jennifer drank Ayahuasca for the first time and was feeling a bit confused about her experience. There were many visions and expressions that did not make full sense to her so we unpacked those to find the root of the emotion that was being released in her ceremonies. This was a beautiful exploration into the darker expressions of human nature and how at the root of it all, we always find love.
