Should you squat ass-to-grass? Should anyone squat ass-to-grass? It depends on a few things, and there are many other considerations to keep in mind! Many people feel like they have to squat as low as possible for it to be "correct" but this isn't necessarily true because it depends on what your goal is and how your body responds to the butt wink.
