Ashwagandha is an amazing herb for stress, anxiety, insomnia, energy and stamina from Ayurveda, but its popularity in the west also leads to many misconceptions. There are ideal and less ideal ways to take it, wrong assumptions about dosage and a lot of confusion about possible side effects. Let's shed some light on this outstanding herb for the benefit of our health!
