Have you ever said “I just know.... I feel it in my gut.” Or how about “it’s a gut instinct for me.”

Intuition and instinct are often described as a "feeling in our gut" and are crucial to our mental and physical well-being and safety. However,

they are not the same thing!

This week on the podcast I share why instinct and intuition are different, yet both important to our health and how chronic stress

affects our ability to tune in. When we are stressed, we mistake worry and fear with instinct and intuition. Be sure to listen this week as I share some tips to help with that stress so you can be sure to listen in to both your instincts and your intuition.
