Dr Jo Mitchell is a clinical and coaching psychologist and Co-Founder of The Mind Room, an innovative and creative psychology community in Collingwood, Victoria. Jo works with individuals and organisations to manage mental illness and build wellbeing. Her current focus is on wellbeing design and immersive cultural experiences that promote mental health beyond the therapy room. Jo has an applied and academic interest in wellbeing science – including ACT, positive psychology, mindfulness and technology - and completed the first Australian PhD in this field.
