Welcome to the Energetically You Podcast where we will be talking about healthy habits, abundant mindset and optimal wellness for women who are looking to have more energy and confidence throughout their day. My name is Megan Swan and I am the founder of Megan Swan Wellness and the Sustainable Integrated Wellness Approach. I am on a mission to empower more women through optimal wellness. And to make it even better it won't just be me! I am bringing in all of my wellness besties & fellow industry leaders to help you make the most out of our time together. They are all so gifted in their zone of genius and we will be discussing how you can leverage that into your wellness lifestyle so that you can be Energetically You. If we haven’t met before, let me tell you a little bit of our backstory! When I first was adapting to motherhood I had NO IDEA how much better I could feel! I felt like all the days ran together and I could barely get through them fueling myself with coffee and all day snacking. Now that I prioritize my self-care, sleep cycle and mindset I have so much extra energy for my other passions in life like starting an online business and serving hundreds of women worldwide. After learning with my own health coach how small shifts in habits can have a HUGE IMPACT I decided to become one myself to help other women find the same new appreciation for natural energy and a higher quality of life on the day to day. Now several years in, I still love working with women 1:1, but I also work with entrepreneurs to optimize their wellness and build wellness-forward practices so we can reach even more women - because I truly believe it is our responsibility to prioritize optimal wellness, for ourselves, our loved ones, and for our communities.
