Welcome back to Unstoppable REI Wealth. Today I am joined by Dan Rochon. Dan is an absolute power house in business and real estate. I few moments in time during this episode that I need to point out;

[00:09:21] Dan: I am about three months into the book realizing like, oh my goodness, I'm actually writing a book here. And that's when I realized what I was doing. But to say about that dedication, John Maxwell, who's an author and a coach, you know, influential person. He was, at a conference that I was not long before I started writing. And he was there to teach a concept about dedication. And he used his own work of writing where he says, listen, there's not a day that I don't write, even if it's 10 minutes

[00:12:30] Dan: Then I'll talk to you about lead generation, organization, building and leadership. So what gets in our way, what gets in our way is typically there's, there's something that I teach in the book of accounts that have called if yes, then how, and so when I'm coaching, I'll ask people about what is it that you want to achieve?

[00:17:55] Billy:And I knew specifically my what was real estate investing. I knew my why was honestly had no Fing choice because I was broke and $14 million in debt. But what I didn't know is that how and I really didn't give a shit. About the how, because I knew that how I needed to figure out or find somebody emulate the as success, leaves, clues to figure it out with me.

[00:21:40] Dan: What you have to understand is what is the basic premise of any business and any business, whether if you're a real estate investing, real estate sales, dental hygienist, dental repair or whatever the case may be. In my other office, that's been there for about 15 years. I've got this blue piece of. That has laminate and it says I am not in the real estate sales business. I am in the lead generation business specializing in real estate sales.

You hear that? Let it sink in. We are all in the LEAD GEN business!
