Texas and the Roots of American Fascism w/ Gerald Horne

In this episode of Guerrilla History, we bring back returning fan favorite Professor Gerald Horne to discuss his latest book The Counter-Revolution of 1836: Texas Slavery & Jim Crow and the Roots of U. Gerald Horne is the John J. and Rebecca Moores Chair of History and African American Studies at the University of Houston.  His research interests are unbelievably varied, encompassing biographies of W.E.B. Du Bois and Paul Robeson, to The Haitian Revolution, to Hollywood in the '30s-'50s, to Jazz and Justice.  Be sure to check out his bibliography, you're certain to find something that interests you!
