The majority of us all put labels on people, whether we realize it or not. It's almost second nature. Whether we're labeling people based on a short interaction we had, based on what they look like, or even what mistakes we think they've made, we all like to put people in neat little categories. The sad thing is, we're usually wrong and we miss out on some great opportunities to lean in, learn more, and engage those people beyond our assumptions.
