Zoe is currently working as a legal counsel on all matters related to personal data. Previously, she served as Chief Privacy and Strategy Officer for VC backed, consumer privacy startup Jumbo.

Zoe offers a rich and insightful overview of the roots of the contemporary privacy regime which dates back to the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Zoe brought a number of arguments in favor of a new international document that would set global standards for consumer privacy and data protection. She Also noted that the COVID-19 crisis raises a number of complex questions about the future of data privacy.
