Quddus has been an “influencer” since 2001, landing his first TV job as a VJ on MTV. Since then, he’s had to learn who he is “off the camera” so that he could show up fully as the real him when on the camera. He spends his days helping others do the same. As a life and media coach, Quddus mentors others on speaking their truth, staying authentic, and the importance of doing the work every single day.

We cover:

Why inauthenticity is the prerequisite for authenticity

What it was like experiencing racism at his place of work

Imposter Syndrome: feeling unworthy of what he’d earned

His divorce and what it has most recently taught him
