Ferdinand has performed in countless theatres, such as La Scala, Wiener Staatsoper, Bayerische Staatsoper, Zurich Opera, and Washington National Opera, in roles such as Lohengrin, Parsifal, Alfredo, and Pollione. Ferdinand is also known for his publication of a new complete edition of Liszt lieder.
