Peter Stetina is an American professional cyclist who experienced success both domestically and overseas! He has completed each of the three Grand Tours multiple times, including two Tours de France. He has stood on many podiums across the world. In 2015, he suffered a major crash that destroyed his kneecap, which nearly required an amputation. Peter fought back and incredibly raced again that same calendar year here at the Tour of Utah. In 2019, Peter switched to primarily racing on dirt and gravel, and regained his passion for riding a bicycle. In October of 2020 he completed the fastest known time (FKT) on the iconic White Rim trail in Moab, after coming up just 16 seconds short in his previous attempt just a few days earlier, which is insane and shows how strong the dude is. Peter is a wonderful example of overcoming obstacles, and we were honored and grateful to learn from him!Find Peter at-IG- pstetinaSpecial love to-Clif BarThe Velominati Rules (Rule #1- Obey the rules.)
