This guided meditation practice is focused on creating a supportive environment, and space while exploring fear. We are reflecting on fear, the purpose of fear, and our fears today. Through this practice we are releasing the total body, and mind fear response to reflect from a place of hope and calmness. In this space we are asking our fears, "What is the worst thing that can happen?" and exploring the best case scenario as well. We are challenging our fears with the mantra, "I am not afraid." In this practice we are gaining confidence to move forward with trust in ourselves, and shedding the voice of fear.
