For more than three decades now, the U.S. Commonwealth of Virginia has been beset by the unsolved Colonial Parkway murders. It’s considered the state’s most notorious case of who-done-it -- a string of brutal killings of four young couples, romantically linked or not, between October 1986 and September 1989. No obvious motives were established; there were no signs of robbery or sexual assault. But one thing was common: all 8 victims were brutally murdered either by strangulation, stabbing or shooting.
