Alka is a medical doctor and through a series of personal experiences began to see that there were other ways she could better help her patients, thus beginning to incorporate other modalities into a more holistic approach. I think it’s wonderful when any type of doctor is open to learning and broadening their knowledge and I think Alka really embodies this emerging field of medicine.
