Dr Milo Jones joins us this week on The Value Perspective. Currently a Visiting Fellow at the Changing Character of War Centre, Pembroke College, Oxford, a Visiting Professor at IE (a top FT-ranked business school) in Madrid, and an adjunct professor at Imperial College Business School, London. Before all this, he also served as a US Marine, a consultant, and an archaeologist. 

Milo focused his PHD dissertation on decision making in intelligence communities which lead to his book, Constructing Cassandra: Reframing Intelligence Failure at the CIA, 1947–2001, which caught our eye. Milo speaks with Juan and Emily on decision making in intelligence communities, the importance of cognitive diversity and his participation in a super forecasting competition.
