You set a goal, whether it be in your health, in your business, with your money, friendships, or something else. You know what you need to do, then you just don't do it. This leads to self doubt, judgment, a loud inner critic, and a lot of frustration.
Here's the thing...
When you understand WHY you are sabotaging yourself, it's so much easier to have self compassion, treat yourself with kindness, and it empowers you to make new decisions and/or set new goals!
Sabotage does not need to be the norm. It's time to choose better for yourself.
