So often we think the answers to our problems lie in logic. Like if we can just find the right steps in the right order and tick it off the to-do list, everything will be solved. Our big brains will save the day.

The thing is, when you have a challenging relationship with your body, whether it's full of judgment, criticism, or just feels tumultuous, that's not a logical problem. It's emotional. One of the best, and fastest, ways to begin to heal this relationship is to turn inwards. Be in your skin. Heal from the inside out.
