On this episode of pass the brew I sit down with my good friend and fellow Canadian, Matt McNeilly. Matt and his wife Jess own and opperate a mobile coffee truck called Merci Coffee + Connections out in British Columbia. Matt and I (despite both being Canadians) met for the first time in Belfast Northern Ireland where we both worked in the specialty coffee industry. Matt and I chat about how he and his wife wound up there in the first place and how they went from their to owning their own mobile coffee truck back in Canada.
