Karishma is a coaching client who graciously offered to allow me to record our session. In this session, we use Parts Work to gain awareness around Motivation (Color) Transference - a Rave Psychology concept taught in Human Design. I like to blend multiple modalities and use HD as a map for awakening to our True Self. This episode is a great example of how valuable Parts Work and somatic exploration can be when you're going through the deconditioning process.
A bit about Karishma's design for further context of this case study ~
Karishma is a 2/4 Emotional MG with Innocence Motivation and Personal View. She has an open spleen, undefined root, head and ajna. She also has 20-34 so you can imagine this is a powerful design! With a defined ego, she's had the willpower to set goals and achieve, but as you'll hear in this episode, that's not always correct for her. Innocence motivation is more about being, observing life, feeling removed and aloof, and not getting involved. It's not about who's winning and who's losing. It's not about being the BEST. We dug into why this is challenging for her to accept and why it's also very expansive. A lot of times, we feel torn about what our charts say. Parts Work is a way to somatically and psychologically explore that.
