Many people who eventually arrive at DBT have experienced some kind of trauma in their lives and may meet criteria for a diagnosis of PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). Though DBT was not designed to treat trauma,  in this monthly episode, Kate and Michelle talk about the criteria for PTSD and what DBT skills they believe may best help.
