In today’s episode we’re joined by Hannah, half of the duo Twice The Health.

Hannah is an ultra runner, triathlete and community manager at Ultra X.

Hannah joined me to talk about her journey with fitness, how she signed up to the London Marathon with 10 weeks to go and how she manages over 10 sessions a week juggling multiple disciplines.

Hannah has completed some of the top bucket list races such as the London Marathon, Race To The Stones and lots of ultras. 

It was lovely to hear all of Hannah’s stories and hope that she can come back onto the podcast soon to talk about her 70.3 race with Emily joining her too!
