Ultra runner, soon to be triathlete and avid gym goer, this girl does simply not stop moving. 

In the conversation we found out how Carla is a big fan of sport and played football at a young age. How she went from training for a sub 20 5km and then the next day started training for her 50km ultra. Why strength training is so important to her, tracking food and the benefit it has on performance and what she has upcoming in the next few months.
