In this episode we discuss the demands of running and how we approach rehab in order to deal with these demands. We talk through our principles of progression in reintroducing running to a patient/athlete. We make a point of delineating terms related to this process and how jogging just doesn't cut it. We hesitate to offer session plans because we acknowledge this is a very individual process that requires care and attention from the rehab professional.
