So join us and let’s reboot & reset or brain by doing:

R - routine (your highest self is hidden in your daily routine) 

we'd encourage you to focus on routine around sleep & movement & consistent time you wake up & go to bed.

E - Emotional Release (don’t resist them. What your resist persists. So workout, journal, brain dump emotions) 

S - Separate  (seperate from negative habits, people & your screens. )

E - Explore ( get curious & try something new or explore more outside.)

T - Time ( Stop spending time & start investing in it)

And now after this R.E.S.E.T. lets see if you feel more peace, lets see if you’re performing better and see if your productivity levels go up.
