After a long career in business leadership roles, Joel entered a new chapter in his life, where he helps other leaders through his coaching and speaking programs. He focuses on assisting middle managers to overcome the typical communication challenges that many leaders face, especially in dealing with change efforts. One of the most critical roles leaders play is helping employees navigate the challenges of change, and Joel is an expert in this arena.
