As weird as it is to say… Resting is hard. 

 

But, resting guilt-free? Even harder.

 

When it comes to everything you have to, and want to, achieve in a day… Busy is an understatement. Amirighttt?

What if I told you that the reason you're on the health hamster wheel, the reason you can't stay consistent, the reason that you're actually not being productive is because you aren't resting enough

 

But, there's a specific type of rest I'm talking about, and a specific way to do it…
