We are joined today by Gobinderjit Kaur & Rakhveer Singh who are members of Sikh Your Mind; a 100% volunteer led, UK based charity who raise awareness and provide support to the Sikh/Punjabi community in the Mental Health space.
Gobinderjit Kaur is the founder of the charity and works for the NHS as a clinical Psychologist. Rakhveer Singh is a Buying Professional, who has lived experience of dealing with Mental Health challenges he faced with family. Both explain more about their backgrounds and how the charity came about, as well as the challenges they face to support the Sikh/Punjabi community.
