It was fun to be in the hotseat for this interview, which is all about mindful and intuitive movement! 

I share: my "micro-dosing movement" theory (especially good for people with chronic pain), the importance of knowing your limits especially if you have adrenal fatigue, how to honor your cycles and "seasons" of your life, my steps for learning how to move intuitively, how the music you're drawn to can help you find your perfect movement practice, why tuning into the deep core is important, and why it's okay to "date" multiple forms of movement before settling down with one.
