Technical support used to be about helping customers get up and running when they were down or solving what seems like a never ending cycle of the 10 most common problems every day. Today it is more about project support and being a partner and advocate for the customer rather than helping solve the same issue every few months. Paul provides great insights on the most common issues, how client habits are changing, and what he sees for the future of support.
