In today's show I sit down and to Ernie Watkins a sushi chef from Central California who’s right in the middle of his transition from making sushi to making ramen. I wanted to get Ernie on the show for a couple of reasons, 1 he’s just a really nice guy and 2. The speed at which he’s gone from making his first bowl of ramen to selling 100 ramen kits at a time is pretty remarkable. I think the two of us started trying to make ramen roughly around the same time and I have yet to sell anything that I’ve made, so I really wanted to talk to him and try to learn the steps he took to secure locations for his first popups to marketing his ramen kits during the stay at home orders.
