Hi guys! It's been a minute. In this episode I talk about something that I've been seeing circulating the eating disorder community which is the "all in" approach to recovery. In this podcast I talk about what it means to be fully committed to recovery and I also talk about how I personally used this approach to reach food freedom. So sit back, relax and have a conversation with me! I don't use scripts for these podcasts (I've tried and failed miserably) so I may sound like I'm thinking about what to say next in most of this podcast, and it's because I am haha. Take what you want from this podcast, but remember that everyone is on their own path.
