Welcome to episode 2! This week I decided to continue talking about gaining weight in eating disorder recovery as I feel it is one of the biggest, if not THE biggest fear amongst those who are considering recovery or for those who are stuck in partial recovery. In this podcast I'll share more practical tips on how to deal with your changing body so that you can avoid self-sabotage. I also explain why we, as a society, have gotten to a point where idealizing thinness has reached an all time low and are causing the prevalence of eating disorders and disordered fad diets to skyrocket.
