Bai-Leigh sat in her bosses office and heard the words ‘you’re being let go’ echo in her mind over and over again. The company was in financial trouble and although time and time again she was promised her job would be safe, until it wasn’t.
She recalls that day as the best and worst day of her life (thus far).
It was the day that she decided that she no longer wanted to leave her fate and future in someone else’s hands.
