Carla Marie she was born and raised in Michigan she is School Counselor and successful business owner by night. Being a school counselor is (something that has been a huge passion of hers to work in mental health and help the youth cope with emotional turmoil to daily living skills).. she is married, with 2 beautiful girls, and a 3rd one on the way in less than 3 weeks. Today she will share her story of many health conditions that she believes stemmed from poor mental health due to exposure of childhood trauma. Anxiety, Depression, mild heart conditions, indigestion (IBS) issues, lack of sleep, energy, if you can relate to any of these you will want to stay till the end to hear her solution.
