In this podcast Sheriff Mikesell, Commander Couch, and Victor City Administrator Richard Mann welcome incoming Fire Chief Ryan Haines. Chief Haines talks about his background, the challenges the Firefighters of Victor face, and the great people who volunteer to keep Victor and the surrounding area safe.
